Your favorite local restaurants shared an apple-solutely delicious week of limited-edition menus, big flavors, and a few surprises. Each dish helped saved food from lesser outcomes (which is one of the best ways to help curb climate change today).
Events
During March 28-April 3, we co-hosted events with our community and brand partners in LA, from cooking demos to educational panels around food waste. All events were held at our fully branded space at The Rose Room as part of LA Food Waste Week!
